I am a bit late posting this one as back into my “night job” and still getting over my illness. Compared to the previous two weeks of actions and emotions it really has been a welcoming, quiet, calm and re-focusing week for me.
This illness really is taking its toll, especially upon my energy levels. I have now started walking down to my place of work so getting more exercise in my life too, which will help with my weight control and diabetic issues. However I am finding dormant muscles reawakening and the pain can be excruciating. I am determined to stick at it though as I do feel invigorated afterwards.
Last posting stated that I would be working upon my product creation. Well after several days of consideration I have now decided upon a niche and topic. I am currently in the research stage and gathering as much information together to draw upon, along with my own experiences.
I am intending to take my time with this first product, and although I am a perfectionist at heart I realised that it will never be 100% perfect in every way, as nothing ever is. However I do have a plan in my head and putting it to paper and expanding upon this plan slowly. So watch this space.
Another area that I must focus upon is my auto-responder list follow-ups. It’s an area again that fears me, as never really sure as to what to do here, apart from follow-up but with what? Anyone reading this, if you have advice – then please feel free to comment. I am looking at lists that I have signed up for to get an idea, but still not an easy area for me.
So it has been a quiet, reflective, re-focusing, niche and topic chosen few days for me. Gladly received after the previous two emotional weeks.

The best advice I can give you is to stay strong and persevere through the difficult times. The rewards will come back to you 3-fold.
Also, as far as the product creation, as Michael Young recommended I do, create something fast & release it. Even if it doesn’t sell like hot cakes, you’ll have some traction and start getting affiliates. You can then focus on your next product. put more effort into it and even use the 1st product as a Bonus.
