The Quick Start Challenge

Yesterday I posted that I have stripped back my activities in working towards my dreams. Details of myself can be found here at Gary Watson  plus here for my  Goals and Dreams here. Please feel free to read as these are my motivations as to why I will NEVER give up.

There are times though when things do have to take priority and at present it has to be my health. I can foresee a time when my diabetes type 2 condition will either restrict, or end my current shift pattern of work. This will leave me without an income and living on basic government handouts. Not me at all.

I started my online journey many years back, and have tried many things along the way. I have made very little money and always invested it back again towards my goals. I am also currently clearing down debts via my own repayment plans with the creditors amassed due to personal circumstances at the hands of the UK Child Support Agency, leaving me financially ruined. However I have come through this and now dealing with these non-discretionary debts. So yes I am a real person, living life in the real world and trying to make something of my future.

In May I turned 50, and in my head life begins at 50, so this is where it will all begin yet again. I am in an improved financial position right now, and for the first time able to save in a very long time.

Due to my current health issues I have stripped back everything now just to focus on a few particular steps to success. Today I have great pleasure in saying that I have decided to follow my first ever Dean Holland’s product of “The Quick Start Challenge”

I have just watched the first week’s video about setting up a blog and making my first post. Well this blog is already setup and I intend on utilising this, bringing it back to life again. I am looking forward to the weeks ahead as this is just the kick up the backside I need right now. The past year of illness has seriously demotivated me big time with my online activities, mainly due to the tiredness involved with the diabetic issues.

So this is a re-start for me, with a new mentor too, Dean Holland, I have known of his presence for awhile as I associate myself and bought into products with what I call the “Northern Boys”, John Thornhill, Daniel Sumner, Dave Nicholson, Randy Smith and Simon Phillips. I have also associated myself with Dean’s mentor and bought into Alex Jeffery’s products in the past.

So there maybe some stuff I already know but then there will always be new stuff that I am NOT aware of, or being delivered at a different angle of approach. So stay tuned and watch what develops over the coming weeks.

Ignition is ON!!

    Hi Gary,

It’s good to know that you are doing better and still in the fight. My philosophy is that life is a test, and it’s all about how you deal with that test. Are you going to let one of your test keep you down and stop your dreams? (Doesn’t sound like you)! As a fellow QSC member I too have struggled with my IM business and having sustained success, but I’m not giving up and neither should you…I expect to see you there at the end!

    To your success,

    Art

Great to read you are back, do not give up.I have seen a great change on my blog just by following week two of the Quick Start Challenge assignment not the challenge itself.

From the blogroll it looks like there were over 350 of us that actually made it this far. I am looking forward to seeing how we progress over the next 3 weeks, especially the part that wants us to write a good post every day. And as for doing a video? still it looks like you are off to a good start here.

Great to see you back in the game Gary. I really like the look and feel of your website. I too am going down the Quick Start Challenge path. So lets commit to sticking with, NOT GIVING UP and making it work!!!

I look forward to following your progress.
